Asaduddin Owaisi News: 'अगर पुराने कागज नहीं हैं तो...', SIR को लेकर ओवैसी ने दिखाए तीखे तेवर, चुनाव आयोग पर उठाए सवाल
डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। हैदराबाद के सांसद असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने एसआईआर को लेकर चुनाव आयोग पर कई सवाल खड़े किए हैं। उन्होंने कहा है कि वह पहले से ही इस प्रक्रिया के खिलाफ विरोध करते आ रहे हैं। उनके मुताबिक, एसआईआर के कारण गरीब औऱ आम लोगों को पुराने कागज जुटाने में दिक्कत हो रही है। ओवैसी ने यह भी सवाल खड़े किए हैं कि जिन लोगों का नाम अंतिम मतदाता सूची में नहीं है, उनके बच्चों को आगे चलकर अपना नाम जुड़वाने में परेशानी हो सकती है। उन्होंने चुनाव आयोग से उसके फैसलों की प्रक्रिया साफ करने की मांग की है। ओवैसी ने आयोग के अंदर अधिकारियों की सामने आ रही अलग-अलग राय और फैसलों में बहुमत के इस्तेमाल पर भी सवाल उठाया है।
SIR को लेकर ओवैसी ने जताई चिंता
ओवैसी ने कहा है कि पुराने दस्तावेज निकालना हर व्यक्ति के लिए आसान नहीं है। उन्होंने खासकर गरीब परिवारों की परेशानी का मुद्दा उठाया है। उनका कहना है कि कई लोगों के पास पुराने रिकॉर्ड नहीं हो सकते हैं और उन्होंने बच्चों के भविष्य पर भी सवाल किया है। अगर माता-पिता का नाम अंतिम सूची में नहीं है, तो उनके 18 साल के होने पर मतदाता सूची में नाम जोड़ने के समय पुराने रिकॉर्ड से जोड़ना मुश्किल हो सकता है।

Two of your Election Commissioners submitted dissenting notes; if decisions weren't made by a majority, what becomes of their legality? Because of the SIR, the poor in this country are suffering the most; their dignity has been diminished as they run around searching for documents. This places such a massive burden on the poor that I fail to see how it will be managed. Let me ask one thing: the BJP government should explain the situation regarding those whose names did not appear in the final SIR. Now, consider those whose names were left out—what about their children, sons, daughters, or grandchildren? How are they to get their names included? If the names of their grandparents or parents do not appear, against whom are they supposed to map their lineage?..." (26.09)

चुनाव आयोग के फैसलों पर मांगी जानकारी
ओवैसी ने कहा है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने SIR को सही माना है, लेकिन चुनाव आयोग को अपने फैसलों की प्रक्रिया के बारे में जानकारी देनी चाहिए। उन्होंने पूछा कि आयोग में बड़े फैसले सभी की सहमति से लिए गए या बहुमत के आधार पर। उन्होंने दो चुनाव आयुक्तों की ओर से जताई गई असहमति का भी जिक्र किया और कहा कि इस बारे में लोगों को जानकारी मिलनी चाहिए।
बहुमत से फैसला लेने का क्या नियम है?
चुनाव आयोग में मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त के साथ दो चुनाव आयुक्त होते हैं। कानून के अनुसार, कोशिश होनी चाहिए कि आयोग के फैसले सभी की सहमति से लिए जाएं। अगर अधिकारियों की राय अलग हो जाती है, तो बहुमत के आधार पर फैसला लिया जा सकता है। ओवैसी का सवाल है कि अगर किसी मामले में मत अलग थे, तो किन फैसलों में बहुमत का सहारा लिया गया और इसकी जानकारी सार्वजनिक क्यों नहीं की गई।
