गुजरात के 'विकास मॉडल' पर चिदंबरम का 'ट्वीट' निशाने पर मोदी
डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। गुजरात चुनाव से ठीक 6 दिन पहले पूर्व वित्त मंत्री और कांग्रेस केवरिष्ठ नेता पी. चिदंबरम ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के गुजरात विकास मॉडल पर सिलसिलेवार कई सवाल उठा दिए हैं। चिदंबरम ने रविवार सुबह एक के बाद एक कई ट्वीट कर विकास के मापदंडों पर गुजरात के "विकास" की हकीकत बताने का दावा किया है। गुजरात चुनाव प्रचार अब एक ऐसे चरण पर पहुंच गया है जहां आरोप-प्रत्यारोप अपने चरम पर है। बीजेपी अपनी हर रैली में गुजरात में पिछले 22 सालों में हुए विकास का दावा कर रही है वहीं कांग्रेस उपाध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी समेत कांग्रेस पार्टी के तमाम नेता इन दावों की पोल खोलने का काम करने में लगे हुए हैं।
1. In the last 57 years, Gujarat, like other states, has made progress. It is one of the states that benefited from the liberalisation of 1991, but Gujarat is not exceptional.

पहला ट्वीट
चिदंबरम ने अपने पहले ट्वीट में कहा कि, "गुजरात ने पिछले 57 सालों में देश के बाकी राज्यों की तरह ही तरक्की की है। गुजरात भी 1991 के आर्थिक उदारीकरण का लाभ पाने वाले राज्यों में से एक है, लेकिन वह अपवाद नहीं है"।
2. In the Social Progress Index for 29 states, released by the Institute for Competitiveness and the Social Progress Imperative, Gujarat is plumb in the middle (rank 15) with 14 states above and 14 states below.

दूसरा ट्वीट
चिदंबरम ने लिखा, कि "सामाजिक प्रगति सूचकांक में देश के 29 राज्यों के साथ गुजरात 15वें स्थान पर आता है। यानी गुजरात बीच कि स्थिति में आता है क्योंकि 14 राज्य ही उसके ऊपर हैं और 14 ही उसके नीचे आते हैं"।
3. Gujarat is in the top five on ‘Basic Human Needs’ but in the bottom five on ‘Foundations of Wellbeing’ and 9th from the bottom on ‘Opportunity’.

तीसरा ट्वीट
उन्होंने लिखा कि "बुनियादी जरूरतों में गुजरात टॉप 5 में है लेकिन जनकल्याण की सूची में वो 5 नंबर पर है। जबकि राज्य की जनता के लिए अवसर पैदा करने की श्रेणी में गुजरात का 9वां नंबर है।"
4. Like in every state, sections of the people of Gujarat are dissatisfied. The farmers are particularly unhappy.

चौथा ट्वीट
वो लिखते हैं कि "देश के बाकी दूसरे राज्यों की तरह ही गुजरात में भी लोग खुश नहीं हैं। देखा जाए तो यहां किसान खासकर काफी दुखी हैं"

"सरदार सरोवर बांध एक गलत शासन का उदाहरण है। 18.45 लाख हेक्टेयर जमीन के एक-चौथाई से भी कम हिस्से को पानी मिला। 30 हजार किलोमीटर से ज्यादा नहरें अब भी अधूरी पड़ी हैं"
6. The Dalits and the Scheduled Tribes believe they have been neglected and are the victims of oppression and violence. The minorities believe they are discriminated against and a majoritarian agenda is being imposed upon them.

"प्रदेश में दलित और आदिवासियों की अवहेलना की गई है वो दमन और हिंसा के पीड़ित हैं। अल्पसंख्यकों को लगता है कि उनके साथ भेदभाव किया जा रहा है और उन पर एजेंडा थोपा जा रहा है।"
7. Long before Mr Modi became chief minister, the Indian people and the Central governments (including Congress governments) had recognised the achievements of numerous Gujaratis, starting with Mahatma Gandhi.

"मोदी के मुख्यमंत्री बनने से बहुत पहले, भारतीय लोग और केंद्र सरकारों ने गुजरातियों की उपलब्धियों को सराहा, जिनमें महात्मा गांधी भी शामिल हैं"।

अठावां ट्वीट
इसके अलावा चिदंबरम ने पीएम मोदी के चुनाव प्रचार को लेकर भी सवाल खड़े कि। उन्होंने कहा कि नरेंद्र मोदी को कम से कम राज्यों के चुनावों में तो एक प्रधानमंत्री की हैसियत से बोलना चाहिए क्योंकि एक पीएम को यह सब शोभा नहीं देता है।
बता दें कि पीएम मोदी अब दो दिन तक गुजात में ही हैं।
