दुखद: फैशन डिजाइनर वेंडेल रॉड्रिक्स के निधन पर सेलेब्स ने जताया शोक

डिजिटल डेस्क, मुम्बई। गोवा के मशहूर फैशन डिजाइनर वेंडेल रॉड्रिक्स ने 59 साल की उम्र में दुनिया को अलविदा कह दिया। उन्होंने अपने गोवा स्थित घर में ही आखिरी सांस ली। मशहूर डिजाइनर कई बॉलीवुड सेलेब्स के लिए ड्रेस डिजाइन कर चुके थे। वे एक फैशन डिजाइनर के साथ ही साथ लेखक, पर्यावरण एक्टिविस्ट और गे राइट्स पर अपनी बेबाक राय रखने के लिए भी जाने जाते थे। उनके निधन पर कई बॉलीवुड सेलेब्स ने दुख व्यक्त किया। इस लिस्ट में अनुष्का शर्मा, बिपाशा बसु, रामपाल यादव, कुब्रा सेट, नेहा धूपिया, नम्रमा शिरोड़कर जैसे कई कलाकार शामिल हैं।

Woke up in NZ to the sad news of Wendell Rodricks having passed away in his sleep . He was one of the most iconic original designers in fashion A champion for LGBT rights . He had given me an opportunity to close his fashion week show in Mumbai after spotting me in Bangalore at a fashion show and was gracious, kind encouraging. He was one of the reasons I had the courage to move to Mumbai from Bangalore to pursue modelling when I was just 18 years old . RIP Wendell My love and prayers for Jerome and the rest of his family and friends
